For project developers

You know your project. Here is what capital can see.

You already know your own IRR. What a directory can add, and what stays hard to see from the inside, is how many of the 192 investor mandates we hold would look at a project like yours at all, and which parts of your record stay invisible to them today.

The stage gate

Every mandate in the directory names the stages it will consider. Counting them gives the plainest number in clean energy finance: how many funders are reachable before anyone has looked at the quality of your project.

  • Concept6 of 192
  • Feasibility20 of 192
  • Development112 of 192
  • Construction180 of 192
  • Operational88 of 192

This is a count of mandates rather than a verdict on any project. A concept-stage project can be an excellent one. It is simply a project whose reachable audience is 6 rather than 180, which is worth knowing before you conclude the silence means something about your numbers.

The ticket gate

The second gate is size. Mandates carry a minimum cheque, and a raise below it is declined on arrival regardless of merit, because deploying it costs the fund more than it earns.

Cumulative: a mandate counted at $5M is counted again at the bands above it. Ticket ranges are published on each investor record with the source they came from.

What your record shows, and what it hides

A reader can only judge what a listing actually carries. Left blank, a secured item and an unfilled field look identical, and both tend to draw the same silence. Filling them is the cheapest way to change that.

  • Offtake position

Signed PPA, named offtaker, or merchant. Blank reads as unknown rather than merchant.

  • Site control

Owned, leased, or in progress, with the date it was secured.

  • Grid position

Connected, approved, applied, or none, with the reference where one exists.

  • Capital sought and type

The amount and whether it is equity, debt, mezzanine or grant.

  • Capacity and generation

Installed MW and expected annual MWh.

  • Developer record

What this team has built before, named.

Submit whatever you have. Blanks are allowed and are shown as blanks. We publish what is there and label what is missing rather than inferring it.

Counts on this page are read from the 203 published investor records at request time. Offtakers are excluded from mandate counts because they contract for power rather than provide capital.

Questions developers ask

How do I list a clean energy project seeking finance?+

Submit the project from the developers page with its location, technology, capacity, stage and the capital you are seeking. Solandor checks it against at least one primary source before publishing. Listing is free, and your contact details stay private and are never shown publicly.

What makes a project investment ready?+

Solandor does not judge that. It shows which evidence a listing makes visible: site control, grid connection, offtake position, developer track record and the financial case. It also counts how many investor mandates accept a project at that stage and ticket size, so a developer sees the reachable audience before quality is discussed.

Does Solandor charge a success fee on a raise?+

No. Solandor charges no fee contingent on any raise closing and takes no commission, carry or placement fee. That is a regulatory line rather than a pricing choice: charging one would be arranging, which requires a licence Solandor does not hold.
