Solandor is a neutral database of clean energy projects and the investors, lenders and funders active across the Gulf, South Asia and South East Asia, with every record traced to a named public source. Searching it is free. It provides information and introductions only, and is not a broker, fund or advisor.
Either side can request an introduction from a project or investor page. Solandor reviews the request, passes it to the other party, and steps back. The two parties then deal directly with each other. Solandor never holds funds, securities or client money at any point.
Every record traces to a named public dataset, including the World Bank, the Global Climate Fund, the IATI Datastore and the WRI Global Power Plant Database. Each source, its licence and how many published records rest on it are listed openly on the sources page.
Eighteen countries across three regions: the six Gulf states, five South Asian markets including India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, and seven South East Asian markets including Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Coverage starts with solar and extends to wind, hydro and storage.
Searching the database, filtering by country, technology, stage and capital sought, and reading any record are free with no account required. Requesting an introduction is also free. Paid services sit on top: bankability packaging, curated dealflow subscriptions, clearly labelled featured placement and newsletter sponsorship, priced openly on the pricing page.
No. Solandor publishes factual information and makes introductions. It does not advise on the merits of any project, recommend investments, arrange deals or receive a fee contingent on a raise closing. Every user makes their own decisions and conducts their own due diligence.
The ingest runs weekly against every connected public dataset, adding new records and refreshing existing ones. A separate sweep flags any published record that has not been checked in ninety days, so stale entries are visible rather than quietly presented as current.
